Ashray Centre opens in Kondapur for gig and delivery workers
Hyderabad now has a dedicated Ashray Centre in Kondapur for gig and delivery workers, inaugurated by Cyberabad Municipal Commissioner G Srijana.
Open to workers across all delivery platforms, the centre offers rest space and essential facilities during working hours, addressing the lack of dedicated rest stops for workers who spend long hours on the road.
The initiative, supported by the Telangana government and Amazon India, is the first of a planned expansion of such facilities across Hyderabad.
