Bengaluru FC stage stunning 3-2 comeback over SC Delhi in ISL season opener

Bengaluru FC turned on the style in the second half on Saturday, overturning a 2-1 half-time deficit to beat Sporting Club Delhi 3-2 in their ISL 2026-27 opener at a buzzing Sree Kanteerava Stadium.
Debutant Borja Martínez announced himself with two goals to drag the Blues level before Dutch defender Menno Koch rose highest to head the 89th-minute winner, sparking wild celebrations in the stands.
The comeback gives new head coach Pep Muñoz a dream start and lays down an early marker in a 13-team season that restores the home-and-away format through to May 2027.
