Man City found guilty of all Premier League financial charges

The Premier League confirmed on Tuesday that an independent commission found Manchester City guilty of all charges of serious breaches of its financial rules between the 2009/10 and 2017/18 seasons.
The charges include 'sham' contracts that inflated revenue and cut costs by more than £900 million; City have until October 2 to appeal.
The club said it was 'disappointed and surprised' and will be 'relentless' in proving its innocence; sanctions, which could include a points deduction, will be decided separately.
