Vijay Deverakonda's ‘Ranabaali’ trailer out; film hits theatres October 16
The trailer of Vijay Deverakonda's period drama ‘Ranabaali’ was unveiled on Thursday, setting up the film's theatrical release on October 16, 2026. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan and co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, the film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
Deverakonda has called the film one of Telugu cinema's biggest stories of the year, saying it aims to bring a lesser-known chapter of folk history to a wider audience. The trailer positions it as a large-scale rebellion saga.
With the festive season approaching, the film will look to capitalise on the holiday footfall — and on the strong advance buzz the trailer has generated among Telugu audiences.
