Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy held a detailed review on Friday of ongoing works in Hyderabad's CURE zone, covering public transport, road connectivity and the use of recycled water across the corridor.

The Chief Minister directed officials to study Personal Rapid Transit systems running in other parts of the world and examine their feasibility for Hyderabad, alongside fast-tracking flyovers and underpasses — including the Nagarjuna Circle–Jubilee Check Post flyover and a one-way traffic system around KBR Park.

Citing Mumbai's record of delivering such projects within a year, he told officials that Hyderabad's commuters should see visible progress quickly. The KBR Park one-way plan and the proposed PRT network directly affect thousands of daily commuters in the city's western corridor.
