Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy unveiled the Telangana Thalli statue and inaugurated the Integrated District Office Complex (IDOC) building in Karimnagar on Wednesday, in an event live-streamed by the Chief Minister's Office.

The twin gestures paired one of the state's most potent cultural emblems — the Mother Telangana figure of the two-decade statehood movement — with new district-level administrative infrastructure.

Karimnagar, a long-time nerve centre of agrarian politics in northern Telangana, has drawn steady infrastructure investment as successive governments push the dividends of statehood beyond Hyderabad.
