Azad Engineering opens two lean plants for GE Vernova in Hyderabad

Azad Engineering inaugurated two exclusive lean manufacturing facilities for GE Vernova's Gas Power business in Hyderabad on September 28, the company disclosed in a BSE filing.

Each plant spans 7,600 sq. m and will produce rotating and stationary airfoils alongside specialised machined parts, taking Azad's count of dedicated GE Vernova facilities to three.

The expansion is aimed at serving growing global demand for power-generation components and deepens Hyderabad's position as a hub for precision aerospace and energy manufacturing.
