Deputy CM, ministers ride metro and bus on new Hyderabad common pass

Telangana Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and senior ministers travelled on a metro train and a TGSRTC bus on Oct 3 using the new integrated common pass, gathering commuter feedback along the way.
Vikramarka boarded a bus to the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat with Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, ministers Vivek Venkataswamy and Mohammed Azharuddin, MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy and two MLAs, all travelling on the new HMR-TGSRTC common pass while interacting with passengers.
Earlier, the deputy CM and his colleagues took a short metro ride from Begumpet to Jubilee Hills Check Post station on the same pass. Commuters told him the integration had ended the need for separate tickets and eased transfers, with women passengers in particular expressing satisfaction.
Vikramarka said the pass would make daily travel easier for regular metro users and added that the government is exploring folding auto-rickshaws and app-based mobility services into a single integrated network.
