Iran's Khamenei orders 'unrestricted response' to any new attack

Supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei has ordered Iran's armed forces to respond immediately and without geographic limits to any new attack by the United States or Israel.
The order came as Iranian negotiators met Qatari mediators in Doha. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said President Trump has not decided on new strikes and that back-channel talks have never stopped.
Strikes have been paused since September 1, but oil markets remain jittery over any escalation in the Gulf.
