Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the mythological epic stars Ranbir Kapoor as Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana, Sunny Deol as Hanuman and Ravi Dubey as Lakshmana, with music from A.R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer. The film releases worldwide on November 5, 2026, as the first of a two-part adaptation, with the second part slated for Diwali 2027. West Bengal has made the film tax-free in the state.
