Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash attend the world premiere of Ramayana in Los Angeles, ahead of the epic's release in India next week.

The cast of Nitesh Tiwari's epic Ramayana gathered in Los Angeles for the film's world premiere at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, a week ahead of its theatrical release in India.

Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash walked the red carpet with director Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra for the invite-only 3D screening, with Kapoor playing Rama, Pallavi playing Sita and Yash playing Ravana.

Malhotra called the night his 'Oscar moment', recalling his journey from a teenage garage start-up to producing one of the most expensive Indian films ever made, with music by Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman.
