Visarjan day: traffic curbs and diversions in place till midnight
Hyderabad traffic police have announced curbs and diversions across the Old City, Tank Bund and arterial routes for the Ganesh Visarjan procession, with restrictions in force till midnight on September 25.
The main procession route from Balapur through the Old City to Hussain Sagar will see the heaviest restrictions, and commuters have been advised to use alternate routes and public transport where possible.
With the IMD warning of heavy rain through the day, officials urged motorists to avoid waterlogged stretches and follow police advisories issued through the day.
