Hyderabad's average residential price reached ₹8,732 per square foot in the July–September quarter, up 5.6 per cent on a year earlier, according to NoBroker's Q3 report. The growth was the slowest among six major markets tracked, cooling from 9 per cent in the previous quarter as new completions kept supply flowing.
