Three men arrested in Kota for the October 18 firing at actor Tiger Shroff's car in Juhu are in Mumbai Police custody on a 48-hour transit remand.
Mumbai Police have secured custody of the three accused arrested in Kota, Rajasthan, in connection with the firing at actor Tiger Shroff's car in Juhu on October 18. A local court granted a 48-hour transit remand, allowing the Mumbai team to bring the suspects back for interrogation.
The accused were detained from a train at Kota railway station in a joint operation by Mumbai and Rajasthan police. Investigators are examining an alleged link to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, which has been under the scanner for threats and attacks on film personalities.
Police have also arrested a fourth man accused of connecting the shooters with a US-based gang operative. The probe is now focused on the motive and the chain of command behind the shooting, which occurred outside Shroff's residence last week.
